Dr. Tan Bee Wan


Bee Wan is currently the Executive Chairman of Integrative Learning Corporation (ILC), a leading local premier training and consultancy firm and ACE Seniors, a social enterprise in Singapore to help 50+ to age successfully with peace of mind.

Prior to her leading Integrative, she was the Executive Director of the Singapore Council of Social Service and the Community Chest of Singapore from 1984 to 1992 and Chief Executive Officer of Tsao Foundation from 2007-2010.

Bee Wan graduated with a Ph.D. from the National University of Singapore, BA from the Singapore University, and Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, USA. Her Ph.D. dissertation is titled, “Research Study On the Trends and Patterns of Corporate Giving to Charities in Singapore.”

Tang Wai San


Wai San is currently the Executive Director of ACE Seniors, a social enterprise in Singapore to help 50+ to age successfully with peace of mind. She is also the Director, Finance & HR of Integrative Learning Corporation (ILC), a leading local premier training and consultancy firm.

Prior to her leading Integrative, she was the Managing Director of Fluke South East Asia Pte Ltd from 2003 to 2006 and Corporate Affairs Director of Tsao Foundation from 2006-2008.

Wai San is a Chartered Accountant by training and has a Master of Business Administration from University of Leeds.

She was a political appointee in the Clinton Administration, serving in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Disability, Ageing and Long-term Care Policy from 1993 through 1996 and as Assistant Secretary for Ageing in 1997.

Margaret Goh


Margaret Goh joined ACE Seniors as a volunteer advocate for Advanced Care Planning, a cause she strongly believes in, in enabling oneself to live life to the fullest.

Margaret is presently Chairperson for the eCareApp. Besides ACE Seniors, Margaret is also an activist in the Special Needs Community. She is part of the Steering Committee for the recent Purple Parade which saw 7000 people at the event on 31 October 2015. The Purple Parade is an annual event, a movement which supports inclusion and celebrates abilities of persons with special needs.

Kalyn Foo


Kalyn is a Senior Trainer and Consultant on Eldercare and Active Ageing.  She is a very committed and experienced nurse practitioner with more has 20 years’ working experience as a nurse in the government structured hospital and private hospital settings. She was also the operational manager for a private healthcare institution.

She has more than 12 years’ experience in case management and community based eldercare with the Tsao Foundation, providing professional case management for more than 500 frail elderly. She also trained, coached and supervised the nurses and social workers under her care. Her vast experiences in eldercare made her an exceptional practical skills-based certified WDA Eldercare Senior Consultant and Trainer with Hua Mei Training Academy.

In 2009, she represented the Tsao Foundation in the Ministry of Community Youth and Sports’ study trips to Melbourne and United States to learn about their health care system for the community setting.

To further deepen her commitment to and practices in promoting successful ageing; she is currently a trainer for Project SCOPE (Self-Care on Health of Older Person in Singapore). The overall goal of this project is to improve the health and well-being of well and mildly disabled older person through improved self-care management, and health seeking behaviour resulting in higher quality of life, functional status, and greater mastery of health and better management of chronic illness.

Kalyn has been giving talks to nurses taking Diploma in Management Course on Community Care Management Service for more than 8 years at Nanyang Polytechnic. She delivers health related talks of the older person to community health allied workers at Social Service Training Institute.

Kalyn is very committed to ageing in place and healthy lifestyle promotion. Kalyn holds a degree in Bachelor of Nursing from La Trobe University, Australia; Certificate in Community Gerontological Nursing from International Longevity Centre from USA; Certified Eden at Home Trainer from USA; and Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (Facilitated Learning) from Institute of Adult Learning, Singapore.
